Additionally, we are proud to have secured IRPs for all our laborers on campus. These hardworking employees play a crucial role in maintaining the university’s infrastructure, and it was important to us to ensure their wages are commensurate with their skills and responsibilities.
Furthermore, our recent victories include successfully resolving two informal grievances and a level I complaint.
