Just a reminder that campus is closed in observance of Junteenth this year. It is the first year that June 19th is officially recognized as a campus holiday by the CSU. Here are details about the holiday from SDSU:
While the Juneteenth holiday is not yet listed in CSU Collective Bargaining Agreements, the holiday is subject to the terms and conditions for Holidays within the respective Collective Bargaining Agreement:
- Unit 1, Union of American Physicians and Dentists, Article 21
- Units 2, 5, 7 and 9, California State University Employees Union, Article 14
- Unit 3, California Faculty Association, Article 33
- Unit 4, Academic Professionals of California, Article 25
- Unit 6, Teamsters 2010, Article 17
- Unit 8, Statewide University Policy Association, Article 19
- Unit 11, Academic Student Employees (UAW), Article 12
