Eboard meetings every Monday. At 11:45 a.m., we welcome stewards and members to observe and listen in on how we do business for the first 30 minutes of the meeting.
General code of conduct:
- If a meeting is bombed/interrupted, a new Zoom link will be sent out immediately
- Voting members consist of the Chapter 318 Eboard
- All non-voting members shall rename themselves with their first and last name (this will allow Eboard members to determine eligibility to attend this meeting).
- Non-voting members shall keep their microphones muted, except during open forum, when they may raise their hands to be recognized and are asked to unmute.
- Non-voting members may also speak when a voting member yields part of their time to a non-voting member.
- For agenda items and discussions that are confidential in nature, the Eboard will conduct a closed session that does not include non-voting members. The closed session will be separate from the open meeting.
