DESCRIPTION:Eboard meetings every Monday at 12:00 p.m. are open to members to observe and listen in on how we do business.  \nGeneral code of conduct: \n\nIf a meeting is bombed/interrupted\, a new Zoom link will be sent out immediately\nVoting members consist of the Chapter 318 Eboard\nAll non-voting members shall rename themselves with their first and last name (this will allow EBoard members to determine eligibility to attend this meeting).\nNon-voting members shall keep their microphones muted\, except during open forum\, when they may raise their hands to be recognized and are asked to unmute.\nNon-voting members may also speak when a voting member yields part of their time to a non-voting member.\nFor agenda items and discussions that are confidential in nature\, the Eboard will conduct a closed session that does not include non-voting members.
